Worldwide Insurance Associates, Inc. (WIA), since it’s founding in 1993, has focused on providing a variety of risk management services and products to client companies outside of the United States, with a particular interest in Latin America.

We opened our headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia, in 1993 and then expanded our operation, opening another office in Miami, Florida, in 1994 to better serve our clients in the Latin American marketplace.

Our management has more than 25 years experience in designing, pricing, administering health and life insurance products and providing risk management services both in the United States and internationally. Our staff has extensive professional experience in all the insurance/reinsurance disciplines. We developed our professional expertise by working for U.S.-based health insurers and reinsurers, international reinsurers and administrators, Latin American insurers, managed care companies and travel assistance companies.
